PROVIDER
Patricia Ealy, PhD, APRN, PMHNP-BC

Patricia Ealy is a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP). Patricia obtained her PhD in nursing from the University of Wisconsin and a Master of Science in nursing with a role focus of parent-child clinical nurse specialist from California State University. Her post graduate certification as a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner was obtained from the University of Nebraska Medical College.

Patricia treats children (6 years old and up), adults, and seniors. She has 35 years of psychiatric nursing experience working with all age groups. Patricia is an expert in infant, child and adolescent social emotional development. She also has expertise in parent – child relationships and post-partum depression. Patricia’s research is in social emotional development from birth to 5 years of age.

Patricia takes a collaborative goal-directed approach to psychotropic medication management and psychotherapy. She engages the client in making treatment decisions. Medication decisions are focused on evidenced based practices that are discussed with the client. The client can decide on medication treatment alone, medication and therapy, or therapy alone.

HEALTHCARE BUSINESS ADMINISTRATOR
Amanda Celestino

Amanda serves as the Healthcare Administrator for Peaceful Recognitions, where she oversees daily operations and helps support the clinical, administrative, and financial functions of the practice. She plays a key role in coordinating scheduling, billing, patient communication, and workflow processes to help create a smooth, supportive experience for both patients and provider. Amanda is passionate about building organized, compassionate systems that allow the practice to operate efficiently while maintaining a warm and welcoming environment for every individual served.

We envision the client at the center of care. Our goal in mental health treatment is to collaborate with the client in meeting their mental health needs. Therefore the plan of care is focused on evaluation findings, individualized preferences, and evidenced based practice.
