Patricia Ealy, PhD, APRN, PMHNP-BC

Patricia Ealy is a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP). Patricia obtained her PhD in nursing from the University of Wisconsin and a Master of Science in nursing with a role focus of parent-child clinical nurse specialist from California State University. Her post graduate certification as a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner was obtained from the University of Nebraska Medical College.

Patricia treats children (6 years old and up), adults, and seniors. She has 35 years of psychiatric nursing experience working with all age groups. Patricia is an expert in infant, child and adolescent social emotional development. She also has expertise in parent – child relationships and post-partum depression. Patricia’s research is in social emotional development from birth to 5 years of age.

Patricia takes a collaborative goal-directed approach to psychotropic medication management and psychotherapy. She engages the client in making treatment decisions. Medication decisions are focused on evidenced based practices that are discussed with the client. The client can decide on medication treatment alone, medication and therapy, or therapy alone.

As the Administrative Assistant for Peaceful Recognitions, Amanda is proud to support both our provider and our patients by helping to create a welcoming, organized, and compassionate experience from the very first contact. She manages scheduling, billing, and daily operations to ensure that every individual feels supported and cared for throughout their journey with us. It's truly rewarding to be part of a practice that values connection, growth, and the well-being of every person we serve.
